I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Robot Mattresses was too good not to share. I’d been mattress shopping for weeks and felt overwhelmed by all the options until I came here. The staff took the time to actually learn about how I sleep and used a sleep-matching system to help me find a mattress that was right for me, not just whatever was on sale.

Don and his team were amazing! We purchased 8 beds for our cabin and Don gave us a great price on very high quality mattresses that our guests have been raving about. Don was accommodating, communicative, and followed through on the whole process. High integrity business that provides great value with a straightforward approach.

Great customer service!!! They have a wonderful selection of mattresses that you won’t find at other stores. You can’t shop for a mattress online!!! It was very nice to go try brands like Leesa and Helix that are usually only sold online to make sure we found the right fit. Doug and Don were very patient with us, giving us the time and space to try the beds while still answering all our questions.

Robot Mattresses was a breath of fresh air! Don was extremely knowledgeable about the brands he offered and gave us a better understanding of what kind of mattress we were looking for by helping us pinpoint our needs and current problems. We ended up purchasing the Leesa Legend Chill.
